Video Shows Ice Cream Not Melting Even In Under Flame – Watch Video Inside
Honestly, we all scream for ice cream; especially, during the sweltering heat. A tempting ice cream scoop is what we often need to fuel our souls. But, tackling the juice dripping from the ice cream that sometimes reaches the tip of your elbow can be challenging. However, there is an ice cream that can ease this struggle of yours as it doesn’t melt, not even when baked. Yes, you heard us! Made by a Chinese brand named Chicecream, the popsicle is so stubborn that it remains solid even under a flame in high-temperature conditions, reported Global Times.
The brand is known for making luxury ice creams that are priced on the higher side. But, recently several customers have shared their displeasing experiences with the ice cream. Videos posted on Chinese social media Weibo showed people trying to melt the ice cream with a blowtorch but to no avail.
The unusual quality of the ice cream came to light after one user posted a video where he tried melting it with the flame of a lighter. The ice cream managed to resist the heat, reports AFP. And, this has also sparked concerns about the safety of the product.

Soon, as the clip did rounds on the Internet, it prompted others to try different ways to melt the ice cream. One placed the ice cream at room temperature of 31 degree Celsius for an hour just to learn that the ice cream still remained intact. Another put the ice cream under a flamethrower but got the same result.
Following this, Chicecream released a statement on Weibo and said that they sell no such ice cream which would melt. In addition, the brand also mentioned the ingredients of its Salt Coconut ice cream in the statement.
Responding to the controversy, Chicecream wrote in a Weibo post, “We believe that it is not scientific to judge the quality of ice cream by baking, drying or heating ice cream,” reported South China Morning Post.
