Chubby children look cute. But it comes at a price. The extra fat they carry is certainly bad for their health. Childhood obesity will increase the risk of high cholesterol later on in life. There will also be a higher risk of metabolic conditions, such as type-2 diabetes.
Cognitive development refers to how the children, explore, think, and figure out everything. It refers to the development of skills, knowledge, and problem-solving skills. It helps them understand the world. During exercise, the brain’s prefrontal cortex and the nerve cells in the hippocampus multiply to make new connections. This improves memory and concentration, both of which will be very important in academics.

Even the kids these days can get stressed. There is the pressure at school. They have to study hard, complete their homework and submit projects. There can be tension in the family too, which can add to the stress. Exercise provides stress and anxiety relief. It releases feel-good hormones that improve the mood.
Exercise is very important for both physical and mental development. Start early so that they understand the importance of health and fitness. Good health from a young age may even help them join the military service or a profession like the police service, fire department, and such others where they require people having excellent health.
