To begin with the recipe, we first need to marinate the fish. For this, take a bowl, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice and mix everything well to make masala.

Make cuts in the fish and apply the masala all over the fish. Heat oil in a pan, add coconut oil, one sprig of curry leaves, and add the fish to it.
